Is the calorie calculation off?
My goal is to lose 1.5 lbs a week. The apps says I need 1720 calories to maintain my current weight and 1470 calories to lose 1.5 lbs a week at light activity. A1C dropped
In Oct my A1C was 5.9 I was pre-diabetic. I started eating healthier, exercising, losing weight. I had labs a few days ago, my A1C is now 5.6 putting me in the normal range.
