Any other CKD patients out there looking to swap recipes?
New to having discussions here . I am JR and struggling with Stage 3 CKD. Have to revamp my diet but having a difficult time finding recipes that are actually good . Allowable and off-limits foods are so confusing! Find myself not eating enough and feeling weakened. Does anyone have good advice for me ?

Friends for accountability!
Used to be on this app in 2018 - recently back to tracking. Forgot how fun this could be. I always loved to see what my friends were eating on their diaries. Web to App Sync Problem

A success!
I’ve been walking for an hour every day for a month (except for missing 3 days) and cutting back on eating (I was eating like a baby horse). I even stopped drinking wine for a week 😁 I broke 150 today -149.6 I’ve still a few more to go but that is a big boost. 10 pounds done. 👏🏃🏻♀️➡️ Keep up the good work!!!
