Like in Excel when you freeze the top row, freeze the row that identifies macros
It’s annoying when scrolling in the food diary to not be able to see the column headers to know whether the number represents carbs/fats/protein.

Your carbs don't match the product label.
Your calculations of Gratsi wines show 2+-3+ grams of carbs. The Gratsi label shows .14 grams, a big difference.

Food list - is there a basic food list upload
The list of foods that appear for me to select is very small. For example, I had ground beef last night. I assumed that would already be in the list but I had to add it. Am I missing a download of basic foods? Thank you!

Diet tracking for weight loss & seeing results!
Looking for friends to add and share progress on my weight loss journey! Last year I tracked my caloric intake diligently, aiming for 1,500-1,800 calories/day with no change in activity level. Well, that year I maintained my weight but didn’t lose anything. I want sustainable lifestyle changes so this year, I’ve dropped my…

Walking Warriors, let me hear you!
Walking is a low-impact exercise that can lift your spirits, retain/build some muscle, and expose you to sunlight and nature My story I injured myself (peroneal tendonitis in both legs) during a 10k. I used to run half marathons and confused myself into believing I could interval-run a 10k at my current (much heavier than…

i am back
I am using the website version of myfitnesspal this morning and I find it to be more focused for the community section. Been a member since 2013 and occasional user I guess. I am pretty self aware of my diet, and used to track my meals, but it is quite cumbersome to track every single diet. #Iamback

I;m new
Hi. I'm a senior who is tired of feeling old. I'm really hoping to find support and finally reach a healthy weight again. My goal is about 70 pounds. I am not so much interested in what the scale says as to my measurements, BP and how I feel. Hope to reach my goal and meet some great people along the way.

Why am I gaining?!
I have been eating healthy and I even started CrossFit 3x a week at least. Why am I gaining weight instead of loosing it? Feeling blah.

75 Soft Challenge
Today, February 20, I’m starting on the adventure of 75 soft! this is a more reasonable version of the 75 hard for those of us who wouldn’t be able to maintain that or have a healthy relationship with that. The rules are, every day for 75 days: -One 45-minute workout a day, every day for 75 days. (One active recovery day.)…
