Whew! I made it, even in the midst of birthday cake! That was a close one 😉! Oh yeah, my name is Cindy, was just so excited that I got through the cake I forgot to introduce myself. And yes, I did eat cake, and just for the record, I did log it, haha. On to week two….minus the birthday cake 😊.

Hello, I'm a new member on here and I have been doing the calorie counting. I don't know if I'm getting the right nutrition I should be. I eat a lot of fresh fruits and wing it making a meal since it's only me. I walk, do steps & sit ups for exercise. Any advice from anyone would be helpful!! Sandy

Has anyone one else had the issi where whe you try to open the App it force closes? I have had this happen a few times and have had to Uninstaller and reinstall the app to get it to work. This is annoying

I need help with the 1240 calories daily that my profile said I should have.
I am new to MyFitnessPal, I am 73 and not active and my goal is to get rid of the 7 lbs I gained. When I set up my profile it said I could have 1240 calories daily, I am not very active and I have been unable to stay at that 1240.
