I'm starting my high protein diet with the Zepbound injection today. I'm horrible with food, and love to snack all night long. If anyone has tasty healthy easy-to-make recipes, I would love to hear them. The only fish i’ll eat is shrimp, crab, and lobster and I can’t stomach Greek Yogurt. Thanks in advance for any help.
