Hi everyone, I’m a longtime user of the app and would like to find one or more accountability buddies. I think I’d be less likely to say “to hell with it” and eat that break room donut if I knew I’d have to explain why o wrecked my macros for the day. And I’d be happy to do the same for anyone else.

What is the best way to just start having AF days?
I am doing well on managing my diet, other than wine. I commit to skipping it every day, but at 5:00, I cave in. My husband does not drink, which act makes it worse. And I also do worse at home than when I’m out. I would like to have at least 3 AF days/week. Would love suggestions! Thank you
