Don't wipe out Today's Food Notes!
I use Today's Food Notes for lots of information, e.g. glucose readings, insulin doses, etc. But when I then go to add an entry to my food diary all of the notes get deleted. Carbs
Daily meal carbs are good but the daily total carbs are hundreds of carbs off. Anyone else with this issue? MyFitnessPal said they were aware of the issue over a month ago and we're working on it. It's gotten worse.

Self-care and Depression
Hey guys. When I feel blue (extra depressed/sad) I lose my ability to care about myself - ie, not logging food, not eating as well, not going for a walk or doing my PT exercises. My usual Christian practices lapse too & when I do pray it doesn’t help. Any thoughts on how to overcome this cr*p??

Is having a 1 Maintenance calorie day after 6 days caloric deficit a sustainable or fine habit?
I’ve researched that I should do a 1 day maintenance calorie day at least once a week of caloric deficit. Though some say that it would just ruin or slow down my progress.
