Projected calories
Sorry if this is in the wrong place. Has anyone noticed Myfitness pal projecting too much calories for maintenance, lose .5 per week, lose 1 pound per week etc. It is giving me 200 calories more than it used to be. Thanks

Christmas/New Years
Will anyone be taking a break from logging food/drinks over the holidays(changing goal weight to maintain) or continuing to log regardless. Please don’t take away NOTES
I use NOTES every day. All of a sudden it was gone 2 days ago. Then, this morning, it was back. Now it is 9 pm and I’m making my final entry of the day and the NOTES has disappeared again. PLEASE REINSTATE THE NOTES TAB. IT IS THE REASON MFP WORKS FOR ME. Thank you so much. I have loved this app. Been using it since 2018.

Can I remove the intermittent fasting notification from my diary page in the app?

Poly and mono unsaturated fat
My daily diet plan on here doesn't allow for any poly or mono unsaturated fats. I thought they were the good fats. Anyone know why?

First success post
I never posted or felt success before. It's been 20 years of yo-yoing and poor health. Now I finally have normal cholesterol, normal blood pressure, and am no longer prediabetic. I am so grateful. These pics are about a year apart 2023-2024. About 171 lbs to 133lbs.
