How do I customize the amount of food I'm eating when I log food consumption? For example, if the only measure given for a food I've searched is 100 grams, how do I enter that I've eaten just 63 grams? Thanks in advance for your help!

Length of maintenance period
For how long should we do the maintenance period? In my previous diets i did maintenance periods with the same length of weight loss period and keep up with exercises. But i always end up gaining the lost weight again. So what's the thing with dieting? Are we supposed to diet/maintain forever? I feel really discouraged.

Tweaked Hamstring, How to Proceed at the Gym?
