Guidance for cooking chicken breast

Allow For Custom Intermittent Fasting
The app only allows for three options for IF. It would be helpful if the app would allow the option to enter your own time durations. I've found that 18-6 is very easy to do while preventing over eating/staying at lower cals per meal.
