Hi, I'm not new to MyFitnessPal, I have logged in and left it more than a few times. But I guess this is the FIRST TIME I feel more determined to use this app and I feel more dedicated towards ny weight loss. I need all the tips that I can use. A super sedentry lifestyle is so unhelpful :(
