I’ve recently noticed that fiber intake is added to the carb total: example -> for breakfast the total of carbs was 54 but the app added 7g of fiber (even if it’s already counted in the total carbs of the single food) to the total so the meal ended up being 61g of carbs. I’ve tried fitpal before but don’t stick with it. Any suggestions from those who do stick with it. I want to lose 40lb.
