I don’t know if this has already been suggested but I have fought eating disorders for years and being able to track how full I was before and after eating is very helpful. I know there’s a notes section but having an actual meter and a prompt for it would be helpful.

hi, im 195 looking to get down to 140. i have a lot of health/hormonal issues that make weight loss very difficult. right now im tracking my calories, trying to eat healthy, and working out 4-5 times a week. how long does it take for a noticeable difference? everytime ive tried to lose weight before, theres been 0 change

Hi I’m Kira 58 years old. I’ve always weighed around 118lbs that annoying person that can eat whatever and never exercise. That changed when I hit my early 50’s and the lbs started to pile on. Help pls
So I have a 100lb+weight loss goal. I am 5’2 310lbs. I also have existing health problems that have been making me so fatigued that I can’t even do seated workouts😢. I’m also an emotional eater and lately just calorie counting is sending me into a binge😩😩😩.

Changing goals
Hi. I'm trying to change my goals to losing half a pound a week, been on one pound a week for a couple of weeks. When I enter to lose half a pond a week, it doesn't higher my calories? Ive stayed the same weight for 3 weeks. I'm calorie counting and recording everything I have. Any advice please
