How do you log in calories, etc. for a chicken thigh?
I am frying bone-in skin-on chicken thighs in a tablespoon of oil. I find listings for a raw chicken thigh, but how do you account for the bone or the oil absorbed? Thanks in advance.

Weekly Net Calories
Hello all! I’m new to the app. Hopefully someone can answer this question for me…. My weekly net calories are showing a much lower number than what i believe it should be. It’s currently showing a net of 1,433. But when I add up calories remaining from each day I have a sum of 2,026. What am I missing here?

Net carbs are not subtracting sugar alcohols
My net carb calculation never matches the label on the food. I often scan the bar code. It doesn’t seem to subtract sugar alcohols from the total carb macro. Also allulose and acacia gum should be subtracted from total carb.

Protein goals
I just started using MFP after several years away. Wow! Things have really changed. I am using the free version. After I started tracking I noticed that my goal for protein is set to over 100g per day. The recommended amount for women is 46 g/day and men 56 g/day. Why is this goal so out of whack?
