Hi all! I’m a 5’8” male, 189 lbs trying to lose 1 lb a week. MyFitnessPal is telling me I need to have 1970 calories a day to reach that goal. Lifestyle is sedentary/not very active. I've noticed recently that when I tap "Complete Diary" to finish logging a day, it's giving me astronomically impossible weight projections, like "you'll weigh 2,294 lbs in 5 weeks".
