Need help just rejoined
HI, I just rejoined MyFitnessPal and gained weight my second week since back. I literally track everything and want to know what to do. I was on weight watchers where I was losing weight and constantly starving. With MyFitnessPal I don’t find myself that hungry which is awesome. What should I do? Thanks!

weight hasnt changed after 3 weeks of hard work.
I have been working out, walking 10,000 to 20,000 steps each day mon-fri and 8,000 on weekends.
