I just read an article from MFP that calculated my suggested daily protein should be 109 grams, but my diary in MFP has my daily goal of protein grams in the high 60's. What gives? I'm still new here. I'm learning a lot, but still so much I don't get.

I've been trying to eat foods that are high in fiber and protein, lower in fat (mostly saturated/bad fats) and limit my added sugar. Scan recipe and have it add into MFP
Instead of scanning a picture of a meal, why can't the app scan a recipe list of ingredients and add it directly into MFP instead of having to individually key in each ingredient and weight. If there is technology to translate a photo into ingredients then the app should be able to read text and convert.
