When Did Logging Start to Feel Normal for You?
Just curious, how long did it take before logging your food felt like part of your day and not a chore? I’m a few weeks in. It’s getting easier, but I still forget random snacks sometimes. Also kinda proud when my diary actually looks balanced at the end of the day. Anyone else feel that?

Missing a meal-didn’t log it.
I am new to MFP. Have been logging everything the past week and lost 13#! I am so excited to see where this journey takes me and lose this new diagnosis of “pre-diabetic.” I slept in on Saturday so missed Breakfast. MFP thinks I forgot to log it. Is there a “placeholder” of sorts? TIA.
