Protein numbers off on food
According to the app, it says cream of wheat cereal has 14 g of protein for serving and on the box it says 4 g. That’s a huge difference. I am a dialysis patient and I am trying to keep my protein numbers up.

Monday i was 125.5 pounds and today sunday i am 125.7 pounds. Throught the week my body went up and down.
