Hi, I'm Tish I'm on a mission to be in my best self Healthwise. I have horrible eating habits, and I'm an emotional eater. I in menopause I gained so much extra weight , I really need some healthy recipes to have on hand to change my eating habits completely.

Why calorie discrepancy?
My WW tracker shows 7 oz of canneloni beans as 500 calories. This app says over 700 calories. The can says 240 calories. ?????

10 lbs in 20 days
I'm massively overweight at 324 starting lbs. After 20 days of light exercise and calorie counting I'm at 9~10 lbs lost. Is this good enough?
