Copy from friends improvement
Either my wife or I will enter food for meal into My Fitness pal app . The other person will then go to their diary and “copy to date “ The default option that pops up always seems to be copy to same meal tomorrow. This is illogical- why would I want to copy what the other person had today to my meal tomorrow. Why not copy…

Does anyone use an insurance health incentive? Our insurance plan gives points for each action you finish and their new round is coming up in July. If you hang in there, you're awarded an L.L.Bean gift card next summer, plus more awards/swag throughout the year. So is something like this enticing enough for you to commit…

Weight loss and chronic illness?
Hi everyone, I was doing ok on my fitness journey last year having lost almost a stone. Unfortunately in January I was diagnosed with ME/CFS and can no longer exercise as it sends me into my exertion zone and I crash. I am really unhappy with how I look and my weight (having gained more than two stone back) so have made…

Anyone tried calorie cycling?
I've been reading about calorie cycling - eating higher amounts for 2-3 days in the week, then lower amounts but keeping a total weekly goal. Some research shows that it might help preserve metabolism during weight loss. I've lost ~80lbs now, but have another 50 that I want to lose (slowly, plan on it taking about 2 yrs…

Erroneous sign up
I never intended to sign up for premium, I tried pushing the free trial button and was automatically signed up. Kind of *kitten* that I didn’t get to confirm the purchase, it just went through without my authorization. How do I reverse the charge?

Hello! I’m Mon :)
I’ve been using the app for weight loss recently and have been very satisfied but I do think my TDEE is calculated incorrectly in the app and there is no way to adjust it. It’s making weight loss and bulking unclear and confusing. Any advice?

Hi! I'm new to fitness and looking to make friends
Hi! I'm quite new to tracking my fitness goals. My body has gained weight over the past years, ever since being a mom, plus working a desk job. I've tried diets and workouts before, but none of them really worked well for me, and I got demotivated. Eventually, I let go and my weight got worse. Now, I'm working on myself…

Has anyone ever used a genral formula to get fat loss calories instead of online calculator?
I am a simple guy and do well with genral guidleines. Love youtube fitness influences like jordan syatt, mind pump etc but online calculators seem to specific and rigid. I know of the formula from jordan of goal bodyweight x 12 or your current bodyweight x 14 - 500 from Christian guzman. I am 163.6LBS and want to love 5-10…

What should I do?
Hi! I'm back here again to ask another question. I have been eating 1,100 cals for the past week (I know it's low but I am scared to go over 😞) and I haven't had the chance to start working out again so I can't increase it YET. Here's my thing, we'll be Traveling and eating out for a week due to a family member visiting…

The Dreaded Perimenopause Plateau
Hello, everyone! I've currently been trying to get back to my goal weight. I did Keto about two years ago and got down to around 140lbs (I'm a 5'4" 44yo woman). I had a health crisis shortly thereafter for about a year that led me to be sedentary and eating basically anything I could tolerate. I gained about 30lbs that…

The social media trends of fast weightloss/fitness gains
The more I've watched Tik Tok, FB and Youtube, the more and more I'm seeing trends where people as young as 14, are doing outlandish things to try to accelerate achieving a socially accepted body. Women getting all sorts of plastic surgery under 20 years old, getting on GLP-1 if they only have like 10bs to lose, and of…
