High iron low calorie
Hi, I always thought I was eating lots of iron rich foods, but since using the app I have realised I am not. Can anyone recommend iron rich foods that are still low calorie? I have been eating mushrooms, almonds and spinach but it registers very little iron in the app.

Saturated vs monounsaturated / polyunsaturated fat goals under nutrients
Under nutrients, there is a goal listed for saturated fats (the bad kind) under nutrients, but no goal for monosturated and polyunsaturated fats (the good fats). This leads you to believe you should minimize the good fats and get more of the bad fats. Can the nutrient goal be changed to encourage good fats?
