Good fats/Bad fats
Can anyone advise me on why my MFP app suggests that my nutritional daily intake of saturated fats is 21g while polyunsaturated and monounsturated fats are both 0g. As a "bad fat", Saturated fats should be limited while mono and poly fats are seen as "good fats" Any advice or opinions please.

how would one delete an entry that was saved in my food section. example i enter say lean cuisine supreme pizza on monday and the following tuesday i enter it again but enter an incorrect amount of something and it saves how do i delete it? or how do i delete everthing saved and start over (with out creating new account )
