What is the best way to just start having AF days?
I am doing well on managing my diet, other than wine. I commit to skipping it every day, but at 5:00, I cave in. My husband does not drink, which act makes it worse. And I also do worse at home than when I’m out. I would like to have at least 3 AF days/week. Would love suggestions! Thank you

Allocated calories
When the calories are allocated, do they assume you will cheat a bit, or not quite get the measurements right? I measurements everything I eat properly, and try to eat as near to my calories allocation as possible. Some days I may be a little under, some days I'm right on the mark. Is there a way to share a My Meal with a Friend on MyFitnessPal?
I've created several My Meals in MFP and want to share them with my husband b/c we're eating the same thing. Can I "share" a My Meal with him? Or do I need to make it a Recipe and share that with him? We both have MFP premium subscriptions.

Adding exercises
Is anyone one else having trouble adding exercises? Since an update I now have to go to the main screen, scroll down a bit, hit exercise and then search thru 3 different tabs to find exercises I previously saved. And you can't go back and add an exercise if you forgot to add it the previous day.
