Where Has the Notes Tab Gone?
Hi There! Does anyone know if MFP got rid of the Notes feature? There used to be a Notes tab at the bottom of the daily diary that allowed you to create “Exercise” or “Nutrition” specific notes. I found this feature incredibly useful and used it regularly. It helped me stay accountable to myself and write out certain goals…

They told us in the beginning there would be healthy options for food but there isn't any. It's usually junk, sometimes it tastes good sometimes not.Yesterday they shocked me, served me something healthy that was delicious. They served me Chilli with corn bread. I wish they would do that every day.It was probably 3 or 400…

It's going to take longer and be harder than ever, I'm not going to look to burn as…

New Week's Resolution - Week 10
Welcome to the first week of the rest of your life! Now seems like a perfect time to select a New Week's Resolution. What is a New Week's Resolution? It's exactly the same as a New Year's Resolution, with two important distinctions: it only lasts for one week, and you can start one any time you want, rather than just once…

Fruit or Applesauce
You could do this with Apple sauce or any kid of fruit. I use cinnamon and sweetener to put into unsweet applesauce, preferably aspertain.

What do I do to replace the tea/coffee w/ milk in my diet?
I had six cups of coffee the other day, and because I had milk with it, it was more than 500 calories. I don't know what to do... I don't want to have straight coffee (no milk) because I've heard it stains your teeth. I'm only a fan of English breakfast tea, I don't think I like green tea or other options. I can't try milk…

How can I add a picture to one of my own recipes.
I am following an actual book these days for my recipes so I want to type in the ingredients and add a picture. On most apps you would just click on the picture and paste or upload a picture. It does not seem to work.

Would love someone else who attends the gym and attempting to track their diet through this app. Add me as a friend and send me…

Adaptive calorie goal
This is an idea for a new premium feature. Other weight loss trackers have similar features and in my opinion, it increases the chances of success and gives you confidence in reaching your goal. It could be something you opt into when you setup your goal. The idea would be an option for guided setup, which would…

Meaning of Total carbs in iOS app.
I am really confused. What does total carbs in the app food diary mean? I tried entering this for a food in ‘My Foods’ Carbs 15.4g sugars 1.4g fibre 7g but when I save the entry it changes it to carbs 8.4g sugars 1.4g fibre 7g why is it removing 7g from total carbs? If it was called net carbs I’d understand but it’s called…
