Longer Intermittent fasting
Please,please add this feature of a longer intermitent fasting. I fast for more than 24hrs and I have to use another app to track that. Also, sometimes due to the time diffrence , it doesn't allow me to add the fast as it's on the same day. And as well allow editing the water goal. Thanks!

how to add how many calories you burn when you add an exeercise
I added strength training for 30 mins, and according to data base , I burned 106 calories. but I don't see anywhere to put that number of calories burned, and it doesn't automatically add any burned calories upping my calories for the day.
