Hi Everyone. I have been using this app for 2 months and I depend on it. I recently lost my wife and have had to learn how to cook for myself. Non stop hungry/ thoughts of food all day
I have been on tirzepitide since 2/25 and lost 40lbs. I had to get off of it cause it was $500 a month insurance won’t cover it. I am really struggling with food thoughts and non stop hungry. I started taking turmeric curcumin it’s supposed to help with craving, not good so far. Any advice?

Trying to gain weight. I'm 5'1" 100 lbs and I rarely go above 103 lbs. Stressful situations have caused lack of hunger, then causes lack of energy to work out. Anytime I gain, I'm so glad. But if stress pops up in my life, it's back down almost immediately. What do you do to induce hunger or motivation during stress?

so, I am missing something… why does my carb count say I’ve got 8 grams left but the macros say I’ve eaten 13% out of available 8%? It’s impossible for me to figure out. I’m losing weight but I’m also barely eating. Insights?
