Loss of Control
When I am faced with foods I WANT to eat but I know I shouldn't. I go for it every time. Does anyone else have this problem? The voice in my head is shouting NO but I still go for it. And I am sad, and ashamed. I have no self-respect. I need help, anything to help me choose the right foods.

Mfp forcing premium
Hi I've been using MFP over last couple years but had a break last 6 months. Going back in it seems to be forcing me to accept Premium trial which I don't want but can't get rid of the pop up to view my profile & stats or log anything. Why is it doing this?

Do you count vegetables
I was wondering if anyone doesn't log most green vegetables, gem squash and tomotoes when logging their food on myfitnesspal? I have been on diets before where those foods are free.

Does anyone else notice sugar alcohols are not subtracted from the total Carbohydrates?
I made a Keto strawberry shake/smoothie and used Lakanto Sugar-Free Monkfruit Sweetener. Per teaspoon there are 4 G of carbohydrates. However, they are all sugar alcohol (4 G sugar alcohol). My understanding is that when you calculate Net Carbohydrates both fiber and sugar alcohols can be subtracted.

Fitness pal picking up yesterdays steps from Fitbit
