Hello, my name is Christy. I’ve been on MFP off and on since 2010, losing and gaining weight. For the last almost year I’ve been on wegovy and I’ve lost about 65 pounds with it. My Favorite Work Out
45 minutes on a Sole recumbent bike, and light free weights. At least 5 days a week. It’s low impact, and easy to stick with. I keep the bike in my bedroom.

I added a few foods to the diary that I found in MFP. Those foods were added from something that was in MFP but I found a 'better option' to use from the MFP logos. Why can't I copy or edit my recipes?
Since yesterday, I am no longer able to copy or edit my recipes. I still seem to be able to create new recipes, so I could just re-enter a recipe but for long ones, this is a major pain. I know this issue has come up a few times in the past, but I found a place on myfitnesspal's site that says it's been "fixed".

I am really struggling with binge eating.
