Keto vs Mediterranean
I hate done Keto before and did well. My doctor suggested Mediterranean. Don’t really k ow anything about that one. Starting AGAIN to try and lose weight and be healthier. I am the type of person if I do t see results I give up. I know with keto you can see it quickly. Can anyone tell me anything about Mediterranean?

Hiii I'm currently 5'3 and 172 lbs, how quickly could i get to 120 eating 1200 calories a day max? I have a pretty low activity level but I'll probably be walking and swimming a decent amount this summer. Also, any tips to prevent binging? Thanks in advance.

All this for 469 calories
Fish is such good food for calorie deficits. Had 12 crabsticks as I couldn't eat 16 and 115gs of shell on prawns and a 20 cal yoghurt. So filling and actually a proper protein hit.
