I thought I saw a notification this morning, on my Android app, that a new update was available. I did not click when I saw it, and now I don't know how to check for updates? I don't see a way to check in the settings menu from my dashboard, and I don't see a way to check for updates from the app info page in my apps…

Hi, First time calorie counter here! My goal calorie intake per day is 1900 in my personal Fitness App. But in MyFitnessPal the kjs are 5021. Which is 1190cal. What am I missing? Why are these different? thanks in advance!!
