Slow progress
I have lost over 80 pounds in the last year and a half. Even though I’m following the same program I have lost less than 10 pounds over the last 3 months. I upped my protein percentage last month and it didn’t help. I am an older woman and disabled so increasing exercise is difficult. Any suggestions?

Ultra Processed Food (UPF) scanner and overview of UPF intake
What about adding an UPF scanner? Then we don't need an extra app if we want that. Also add an overview/widget that shows how much UPF I eat in % during the day, week, month, year etc. Either by using UPF and non-UPF or using the NOVA classification.
