"Planned" food in diary with checkoff
I like to plan out my day's meals in the morning and enter them all to see where the calories end up. Keeps me honest as I have a plan. It would be nice if this was a "feature" where where we can enter planned meals, then "check off" the meals through out the day.

eating less Carbs - and still gaining weight.
Its been 2 weeks , am on a 30% Carb 35%fat and 35% protein plan. Instead of loosing weight, I seem to be increasing. Exercise-5 days a week Water -8 glasses a day. fasting window- 18hrs:6hr eating window. It’s frustrating to see no changes and need some help.

Hello today I updated my weight from last week (down 3lb ) and it said r u sure want to update as could change calorie answered yes and it did but oddly I have now gone from 1410 base to 1630 ......I don't understand

I am lost on the goal calories.
Im trying to lose weight am I supposed to stay under the goal calories or go over them? I'm very new at counting calories and thought I was supposed to stay around 1,200-1,400 a day my goal daily is 2,040.
