Pulled calf or Cramping

MyPalFitness is telling me 2200 calories still after achieving my weight gain goal of 125.
I thought once I reached my goal, it'll go down so as I can maintain and keep the goal. Another thing is when I put in my weight in another app called MyDiaryNet, it tells me 1785 Cals a day to maintain my weight of 125. Is MyPalFitness not going to update?

How to calculate my activity levels?
So my daily job requires me to be sitting so I’m sedentary most of the time. My daily steps average between 5-7k steps. I train heavy fullbody 3x a week about an hour up to hour and a half. Inaccurate calorie info
Hi. Just wanted to post on here that I am finding that a lot of the calorie info on products is incorrect. Streak Location
The old streak location under the ‘More’ tab has been there for ages. A new streak number appeared in the Log Food tab so now we have two, rather than the streak data being mirrored from the ‘More’ tab. Currently I have an unbroken streak of over 3,800 days in the More tab, but only 280 in the Log Food tab. Not sure why…
