Hey im a new user here, recently went through some medical and mental stuff causing me to lose a lot of weight, and my health to be not the best, I have a daughter I love so much and I've been wanting to get better for her and myself, but due to those issues I'm worried I wont ever get better, any tips I'm at my last hope🥺

Restarting after a very long time off
