Getting enough protein with food intolerances on a vegetarian diet
Hello. I’m new to the community. The last time I tried a vegetarian diet I couldn’t keep my hypoglycemia under control without animal protein. I’m prediabetic now and I’d like to try again, but I’m not tolerating gluten, corn or beans well, and my doctor wants me to give up dairy. What else can I do to up the protein?
