Newbie dashboard question
On Day one, top of the dashboard progress tracker noted how many meals tracked & grams of protein. Day two, it switched to meals & grams of fiber. Protein is my priority, how can I get that back on the Dashboard for quick reference throughout the day? Have researched the app & can’t figure it out.

Can someone please explain calorie adjustment like I'm 8
I use a Garmin Swim 2 smart watch. I'm not sure I fully understand why I get a negative calorie adjustment when I work out. For example, I did 30 minutes on an elliptical today for 303 calories and 30 minutes on a recumbent bike for 174 calories. I received a calorie adjustment of -624. I only had 4614 steps at that point.…

Period weight
First time EVER I lost weight during my period - .2 lbs but we're calling it a win! I don't use the scale to measure my progress as rule, but that was still exciting to see! Being a woman with ever changing cycles every month is hard!

Is there really no way to search within the recipes ? I would love to use mostly all recipes here for easier logging. But for instance I want to make high protein pancakes and would like to search for a recipe provided here. This can’t happen? Can we make it happen?

Why do I have to customize cookies every single time I sign on to Community. Is there any way to set it so it stays? It’s incredibly annoying. Pretty sure most of us don’t want targeting cookies and it feels scammy to have to say so every time.
