Why am I gaining weight still?
I have stayed under 1500 calories everyday for over a week with on average 2 hrs of working out a day a hour of lifting and a hour of cardio but I went up 1 pound why is this?

"Planned" food in diary with checkoff
I like to plan out my day's meals in the morning and enter them all to see where the calories end up. Keeps me honest as I have a plan. It would be nice if this was a "feature" where where we can enter planned meals, then "check off" the meals through out the day.

eating less Carbs - and still gaining weight.
Its been 2 weeks , am on a 30% Carb 35%fat and 35% protein plan. Instead of loosing weight, I seem to be increasing. Exercise-5 days a week Water -8 glasses a day. fasting window- 18hrs:6hr eating window. It’s frustrating to see no changes and need some help.

I am lost on the goal calories.
Im trying to lose weight am I supposed to stay under the goal calories or go over them? I'm very new at counting calories and thought I was supposed to stay around 1,200-1,400 a day my goal daily is 2,040. When I completed my dairy for the day with just going over my goal calories it showed I would weigh less in 5 weeks…

Intermittent fasting
so my fast start at 3 AM. Previously, fasting and I start eating at 11 and then end at seven when I my only gives me eight hours so it seems weird. I would have to wake up at 3 AM to fast any help with this with grateful
