Hi all I’m trying to come up with a simple way to journal that includes how much protein, how many fruits, how many veggies, water, fat. Maybe a template. A similar idea to the old Weight Watchers where you checked boxes. Any ideas?

I hope someone can help! I have been trying to find out what my actual calorie deficit is on the system – i.e. if I finish the day on around “0 cals remaining”, what deficit have I achieved (this assuming any exercise from my linked Fitbit has been added by MFP and eaten by me). Sync Etekcity food scale info from VeSync App?
Today I can connect the VeSync app in MFP but it only pulls in data from Body weight scales. Etekcity now has an awesome smart food scale, but logs the food weight in the VeSync app. I would really prefer to keep using MFP, is there a way to pull in the food scale data too?
