2 pounds per week?
I set out to lose 2 lbs per week and this is how it’s going. I found that as I lose weight I definitely need to eat less calories and or step up my exercise . Plateaus are real as I am fanatical about tracking. Month 1 -13 lbs sedentary 2 -9.5 3 -9.3 4-5 -7.1 45 day cruise; 10k steps 5 -8.2 6 -7 15-25 miles per week

Adjusting caloric intake
I just joined yesterday and answered all the questions and I get 1930 calories a day. I was in noom for 6 weeks , wasn’t happy with the app’s inconsistencies so joined this app. How do I decrease my calories since I’ve only been eating strong 1000s a day and way less carbs then 242g.

Calorie targets
So apparently aiming for less than 1000 calories a day is unhealthy but you need to aim for a calorie deficit of 500 less than your maintenance calorie target… My body scales suggest a maintenance goal of 1334 calories (I’m 5’ 2”) so minus 500 would be around 800 calories a day? Any thoughts from shorter ladies?

OMG I think the berberine worked!
I just had an official A1C test done (because I was having other blood tests done) and in 9 months went from 5.9 to 5.6. I'm no longer pre-diabetic. And with cookies! (If I need more than one test being under 5.7, I don't wanna hear it. I figured I'd keep going up because that's just my luck.)
