Hi everyone! I am on my 2nd day with this app and very fresh to the calorie counting! My question is, why does my calories amount left go up after exercise? I had about 1300 calories left and now that I’ve been for a walk it has gone up to 1700.. do I have to consume all 1700 left to still lose weight? Any insight is much…

Who would like to see the minimum daily calorie requirement lowered or completely removed?
If you are a woman under five feet tall and trying to lose weight, a daily calorie goal of 1200 is just too many.

The app has no direction. I don’t need to see things not related to my goals. I thought the app worked by asking what your goals are and then telling what to do with monitoring tools.
