Just hit 200lbs down
Hi folks! I haven’t posted on here in a very long time, but thought I would do so to mark a big milestone and maybe inspire someone. This week I hit 200lbs lost since March 2022 (my latest attempt over nearly 2 decades of yo-yoing and eventually giving up). Long story short, after losing two jobs due to weight-related…

Negative Calorie Adjustment
I wear my Garmin Fenix 6 most of the day and have it sync to MFP to track calorie burn. From 6-8pm, I take it off to train martial art. I wear a Polar Verity Sense to track my calorie burn which also syncs to MFP. I find that by the end of the day, MFP keeps giving me a negative calorie adjustment off my Garmin even though…

Can I add to My Foods list using bar code scanning, WITHOUT adding to diary yet?
Just getting started, trying to build a list of commonly used foods that have bar codes. It seems the My Foods list would be good for this, but it does not support bar code reading. Do I have to pretend I have eaten all the items at once today by scanning them into my diary so they will appear in the History list when I…

A new 3 Day Push, pull and leg routine for 63 year old man
I am 63 in a months time and I have probably trained and done sport 50 years of my life(some elite) in my younger days. My interests are more focused on enjoyable cardio such as hiking and swimming(outdoors only), cycling, but I do punish myself with the odd triathlon. I suffer these days with fibromyalgia and some…
