Hi , I am new to MyFitness Pal. I have noticed that some of the nutrients info seems to be a bit wonky. For example a serving of Greek yogurt shows as 100% of my daily goal, but that is much more than the packaging or other sites say it would be. Any suggestions or perspective? My Apple Watch says I burned 500+ calories today. This app says I only burned 33 calories. I know my iPhone health app is synced because my workouts sync up (33 calories=strenth training) Do I need to adjust my calories any?
