Can someone recommend a multivitamin that doesn't low blood sugar?

This is easy, and low-calorie. 1 banana, mashed 2 tbs whole wheat flour 1 beaten egg This makes 1 serving. Mix all together. Let sit for a few minutes. Heat non-stick fry pan over medium-high heat. Spoon batter into pan. When they are full of bubbles, turn, and cook for 2 minutes more. Voila! Easy, tasty, low-cal pancakes.

Hi I would have thought that in my summary the calories I burned were increasing my calorie allowance but it seems to be the opposite. It’s only 10am… is it because it’s early in the day? It is subtracting my exercise from my total balance for the day… I would have thought it should be + my remaining calorie allowance

Why does my web version not update with exercise from Apple Health?
Neither my exercise diary nor my daily calorie amounts are including "current" exercise. If I look at the MFP app on my iPhone, it correctly displays my exercise and calories, but the web version does not.
