Figuring out a balance
Hello, I am new to this sight. I am struggling in figuring out how to fill the percentages of all the nutrients and calorie goals. Seems if I choose recipes for 2 or 3 meals from the app they don't always balance. How did you all figure that out??? Help please!

Starting over
I’ve been a member for a few years but I have been inactive so I’m just starting out again. I’m not restrictive dieting, jus tracking calories and trying to eat more nutritious food and moderate “junk” food. I’m also getting back into CrossFit. I am happy to be working on myself again.

How the calories math works
I don’t understand it. The daily calories goal is to what we suppose to achieve, but why it deduct the food from the function

What do I do?
I genuinely don’t know where to start. I go to the gym, but I’ve heard that I need to be on a calorie deficit. I don’t know how many calories I need to take in though and I don’t always get the chance to make food so it’s even harder for me.
