Good beginner low intensity YouTube workouts
Hi all, I am looking for some new workout videos! While I prefer to walk outside, it is not always possible depending on the weather. So I like to have backups of things I can do indoor. I need actual beginner workouts. Not ones where they SAY it is a beginner workout but then expect you to be able to keep up for an hour…

Newbie - CKD dieter
New MFP user here. Not new to nutrition or exercise. Did that as a job in college. I am out of practice and my knowledge is somewhat dated. I injured my kidneys (trauma) so I have reduced kidney function. Over the last 3-4 years it has started to slowly get worse and at the same time I developed hypertension. My doctors…

Couch to 5K (C25K) beginners group
Anyone recently started C25K? I completed the program in 2016 and it was great. I was running 30/40 minutes 3x a week non stop for over a year after, so I know it works! Starting again after not running for years and it’s like I’ve never ran in my life. Was it this hard to start last time?😰 Just completed W1D2 today with…

So I just did something bananas...
As of today, 2 September 2024, I am 116kg, unfit, can't jog around the block. Have just started walking regularly again (I do have walking stamina), but hills are still a challenge. I just bought tickets to do a 25km trail run in outback Australia in May 2025. That's 39 weeks to go from a couch potato to someone who won't…

Multiple Goal “profiles” to toggle between
would be great to have multiple goal profiles, example a calorie goal for weight loss and a calorie goal to maintain. This would allow when going on vacation to easily switch from working on losing weight to just maintaining. Then after vacation would switch back.

Better handling of meal/recipe ingredients
I recently switched from Fitbit food tracking to MFP. I've added 5 pages worth of recipes and I spotted multiple areas for improvement: 1 - The food item scan feature only allows to add the found item to the Food Diary. This needs to be expanded so the item can be added to recipes and meals. Today I have to scan the item…

Why does my web version not update with exercise from Apple Health?
Neither my exercise diary nor my daily calorie amounts are including "current" exercise. If I look at the MFP app on my iPhone, it correctly displays my exercise and calories, but the web version does not.

Why won't my morning workouts sync to MyFitnessPal?
I have a Android, and use the Samsung Health app to track workouts from my Galaxy7 watch. Workouts get tracked in the samsung app just fine, but will NOT show up in MyFitnessPal, but only in the morning. And yes, I have checked permissions, uninstalled/reinstalled both apps, and cleared cache and data. Does anyone else…

An actual human
Does anyone know how to actually speak to a human representative for My Fitness Pal? I was logged out of my premium account and they never would send me a link to reset my password. I was paid up through March 21. I had to go to an old account that I had and make it premium. Seems to be they could at least refund me the…

Realistic Weight Loss goal?
Hi guys, I'm currently recovering from an eating disorder where I've been binge eating a lot. I'm the heaviest I've ever been, at 181.6 right now. I used to be 163 a couple months ago, so I gained a whole lot. Right now I've joined a program through my healthcare that gives me feedback on diet, exercise, and weekly…

Cutting Question
Has anyone in here done a cut as a vegetarian or vegan? I'm a vegetarian and it's been years since I went through a cutting period. When I was eating meats, I did bulking and cutting but that was straightforward /simple to me. Also, a lot of my friends that are serious in the body building were able to help. This will be…

250 lbs to 175 lbs. How many of you who lost 30+ lbs have been asked if you are taking Ozempic?
I only use calorie restriction and exercise. I am muscular at 15% body fat. It's amazing the things people think when you reach a goal like going from 250 to 175. It took 1 year and lots of hard work, yet they never quite believe it. I hear people at work talking about ozempic when I am around. it's a success story though.…
