Why are foods dropping off my daily diary
Usually each day something drops of my daily diary, why?
-
percentages on the food diary
why do all the percentages suddenly have so many digits??? Now, instead of .3,or .75, there may be a long string of numbers: .37584236951 !! When I want to change it % the next time, it is a big struggle to wipe out all the extra numbers before I can put in a new number

Hello! New here!
Hello everyone! I just wanted to introduce myself! My name is Jess and I am starting a new journey, focusing on building muscle and maintaining my weight. Before I used to try to track what I eat, but that didn’t work… What makes this different is that I am more intentional and I don’t view it in any negative way, I see it…

Ironman Race Weight
I have an Ironman in mid-August, and I realised on Monday this week that, although I have done loads of training, I have put on weight, which is slowing me down. No point in doing all that training and being heavy for the actual race. I tried to read the forums about weight loss for an endurance event, so I've been super…

Reached ONEderland today!!
For the first time in 30+ years, the first digit on the scale this morning was 1 instead of the "usual" 2. Huzzah to me and a weekly dose of Mounjaro, initially prescribed for diabetes but after several months and a bout of severe diarrhea I could finally control my hoovering of food. I'm in my mid-70s and plan to go on to…

5'8-5'11 women before/after pics?
Looking for preferrably large framed women of those heights with their before/during/after pics for some motivation. If you could also post what body frame you have if you know, that'd also be great. Thanks in advance!

Hacks that reduce calories (and other things)
I don't eat a lot of meat for ethical reasons. Also, the tastiest meat tends to be rather high in calorie here, like pork mince (low fat doesn't exist). For the past two days I made a rice bowl with crisped up pork, lots of spices and my own condiment, plus veg and pickled things. Anyway, the pork mince is super high in…

Focusing on habits this time
I have lost…and gained….over and over in the past. After having a pity party and thinking I just don’t have it in me to improve my weight and health I decided to look back and see why I failed to maintain and what I could do differently. Because I refuse to give up on a healthy me. My conclusion? My failure was that I…

I just signed up for Wegovy and a program though my work/insurance. Getting my bloodwork on Monday, meeting with the doctor on Tuesday, getting setup with a counselor and starting classes. I'm excited and have been reading everything I can about it. Does anyone have tips from those who have tried a Glp?

Meal Planner- log all ingredients instead of a single food
The meal planner recipes are nice to follow and convenient, but not when you make game time decisions to change the recipe. If you break down the meal into its components when logging then it would add so much more versatility and keep the log-from-meal-planned functionality. Currently if I make an addition it is easy-…
