I had 10 consecutive alcohol free days. This naked mind really, really helped. It’s really easy to not drink for me, no physical withdrawal or mental either—- been like I should have done this sooner. Have family coming into town a little nervous about taking a drink. I have set a 2 drink limit. Wish me luck!

Most sites are more or less aligned on the number of calories in a 125ml glass of red wine in the range of 85 to 110. But carbs seem to be all over the shop.
