Not Syncing with BCBS Anthem health insurance
Due to a recent diabetes diagnose I'm back to tracking things on Myfitnesspal. I cannot get Myfitnesspal to sync with my BCBS health insurance wellness page or on their app. It says it's connected and last synced 3 years ago. How do I get it to sync again? Is your Peloton exercise data disappearing?
I have my Peloton app connected to MFP through Health Connect by Android. My exercise shows up in MFP from the Peloton app, but then disappears the next day. I have tried using the "Complete Diary" function to see if that helps, but that was unsuccessful. Any tips or tricks? Can MFP fix this glitch?
