Confused!!
Hi all, I feel I lose a little and then maintain. I have been using MFP and TDEE figures following a 500 deficit. My confusion sets in with exercising(walking 2-3 days a week for 2 hours on those days) and non exercising days!. MFP calories are 1700 when exercising. Do I revert back to sedentary calorie figure for non days…

Edit one of "My Meals"
As someone who is trying to reduce the time to log food for my diabetes, I want to be able to make any number of adjustments to meals that I have saved and to adjust the overall serving size of a recipe. As examples, I'm out of chickpeas and need to sub for another legume; I only eat half of my plate; or, as in this…

Posting a news article in my community group

Long time occasional logger
Hi all, I’ve been using this app for about 15 years. I’ve rarely ventured into the community section though. I’ve only logged food very sporadically so want to become more consistent. I’m hoping making some friends on here or chatting to people in a similar situation might help.

I’m stuck
I was trying Weight watchers for the last few months and I lost about 8 pounds but then it just felt to restrictive for me so I stopped. I since then have probably gained all of that plus about 6-8 more pounds. I do pretty good throughout the day but then when I get home it’s like a free for all. HELP!! I would like to…

Paired items option
I used to be able to put in a food item and once selected, it gave me the option to pair other items with it. For instance, if I had a biscuit (and it popped up from my history), then I selected it, I could scroll down to see other items that I had paired with a biscuit in the past in order to add those items as well by…

Why can I never find the start fast button?
Sometimes when I complete my diary for the day the "start fast" button shows at the top of food log page. Sometimes it does not? Why? There should be an intermittent fasting section where you can stop & start. The only section I find is if you want to record a fast you have completed. Not user friendly. I'm getting an IF…

Serious/heavy/deep/real stuff
Despite the constant frivolity of chitchat, I’m confident there are many who can relate to the feeling of being driven away because their mood doesn’t match the tone here. Chit chat is FULL of funny/light/airy stuff but there’s a gaping hole where serious conversation could be. And maybe this thread won’t carry…
