About my experience
I have 10 extra kg which now I have to Lois fa That’s why I stat every morning for Suna for 15 min and swimming pool then gym for 30 min and diet planning . Now after 1 week I lost 1 kg I stars my plan in low exercises and i to los 1 kg ber week .

Why is community section so hard to use.
You have to set cookie preference each time, if you send a friend request it takes you all the way out of community and makes you reenter. Why so difficult in 2024?

Help me to weight gain

Why isn’t my Fitbit step count syncing more than once a day?
