Just started this week, and both dinner recipes they’ve set for me have several tablespoons of sugar in and ZERO vegetables. Is this normal? I feel like I’ve eaten unhealthier stuff this week than I would even if I wasn’t trying to lose weight.

Title says it all really. At the start of the year I started cycle commuting to improve my fitness and lose weight.
