I understand each day is different usually so can you take an average of each day as a more accurate prediction of weight? Im on week 3 and tracking each day so ill report back if this actually makes sense. But please share your thoughts.

Most of these hacks are a scam and don't give you any info without a paid subscription. I am Diabetic type 2 and I found one that gave a simple recipe and I am finding I have more energy and daily sugar checks are lower. Anyone else out there tried them?

Why is it bad to weigh-in on a daily basis?
I weigh myself on a daily basis because that allows me to track even small gains or losses. Before I used to do weekly weigh-ins on Saturdays. Should I go back to weekly weigh-ins instead of daily weigh-ins?
