I used to work out sooo much. And be extremely “healthy”. Now I eat less and train less. And weightloss has seemed so much easier. I feel like Instagram and all those platforms fooled me to think heavy weights etc was everything. Now I’m thinking just eating less and doing a little exercise is way more effective. Thoughts?…

Premium membership
Hi all I just joined again after quite a lapse. I did the yearly premium and when I go to scan a barcode it keeps telling me I need to upgrade to premium 🤬I’m using an Android phone. I sent an email through the BOT but I doubt I get a reply 😓Thanks if anyone can help.

Viewing calories not kilojoules
I would like to view and work with daily earning goals etc in CALORIES not kilojoules. The app seems to default to KJ and I can’t work out how to change this basic thing in settings. I’ve also tried the AI help which was useless!

Injury
It's hard to do any kind of workout when you had surgery to fix your femur due to it being broken and you have to walk with a walker so it's hard to do a lot of work out

My app glitching?
My fitness pal app is connected to my fitbit. I've never had trouble with tracking until today. It tracked a calorie burn of 102. I am allowed 1540 daily calories. I haven't eaten yet, but rather than add the calories it took them away. The allowed 1540 became 1438 when it should have added and become 1642. Any ideas?

Why was my account completely erased
I just tried logging in my daily food and found my account completely erased. After several years of using this app, I have to start all over again? Not happy at all
