Plantar fasciitis
I do HIT with treadmill running and daily walks and have recent plantar fasciitis flare. I’ve been doing ice and foot/ calf stretches. Any others with advice?

Net Carbs .... allulose?
I notice that when I log swerve sugar sub or zero cal (rx sugar) chocolate syrup that there are no calories listed, but the are a bunch of net carbs recorded. In the case of the rx sugar chocolate syrup 22 net carbs.

Lower cal winter options wanted
Hi. 5'6" & 127lb. Wanting to maintain. MFP reccomends 1700 cals a day but it's winter here and those hearty warming meal options are calorie dense. Ive just spent a week tracking & found out I'm averaging 2000 cals a day. What's Your go-to winter options?

Should I increase my activity level in settings?
When I set up MFP, I put “lightly active” since I thought I best fit that description. To Stay Alive
Hi! I’m 54 and was diagnosed last year with stage A Cirrhosis. I weighed 224 and had Ascites which is fluid buildup! I lost nearly 100 pounds in 2 months by diet change and 4 Parasentesis (drainage) procedures! I dropped 6 pant sizes and 3 shirt sizes, am no longer anemic. I must remain in a sodium restriction for life.
