All-time highest weight
I used myfitnesspal years ago to lose some weight. But, this time after moving, etc. I need to lose 30 pounds. I am a dog lover and plan to walk/run a lot more with my dog. No more junk food as I watch TV with my handicapped husband (from a stroke).
