Newly back on this cool app as trying to improve health and monitor diabetes better - it would be good to see what foods spike my levels as I'm logging my meals throughout the day. On the Low- carb plan so it's not a problem...but may already be available and I haven't worked that bit out. :)

I've been dieting since last month, im on about 1200 calories a day, sometimes i go over as we all do and. so far I've lost about 9lb. My question is regarding menstruation.
