UPDATING CALENDAR
When I open the app, the calendar is set to April 2023, when I originally started the program. I am restarting the program now, is there a way to update the calendar to start in January 2025 so I don't have to scroll through almost two years of data every time I open the app?

What are some tips you would have for someone switching to a pescatarian diet?
I have always struggled with eating enough protein and grew up not really paying attention to the quality of the food that I was eating. I have decided to switch from an omnivore diet to a pescatarian diet due to finding out the benefits of seafood and how it seems more sustainable for me than being a vegetarian. I would…

Time food is eaten on desktop app like the phone app
It would be great to be able to put the time each food was eaten on the desktop app like the phone app!! That would be very helpful. It is great to have it on the phone app but I also like to use the desktop for logging.

Can the app make adjustments to your calories and other nutrient needs due to strength exercises?
I just joined the app and see that the app makes adjustments for nutrient needs due to cardio activity but nothing for the strength exercises. Is this a flaw in the app or I am missing something when I record the activity?

Comfort is the Enemy?
What do you think about the title? I've see this for years from what some would call hard core "macho" guys. Now there are NYT best selling books on the topic, even less "in your face" author promoting this. I'm going to say it's pretty true. I like the phrase, "no growth happens in your comfort zone". IMO this applies to…

An antidote from my therapist
If you can practice treating each day as its own contained effort - a chance to reinforce your standards without obsessing about outcomes - it might help ease that internal pressure. -- I constantly apply external validation on my victories. When I decide these external validations are no longer fulfilling or sustainable,…

When you work out at orange theory do you include you calories you burned into your daily diet. Because yesterday as I was about to go to bed I had 1000 calories to eat. I quickly ate. Protein bar but left the 800 calories untouched. If you don’t include them, how do you take them Out of your total?

Health metric forecasting
Why has no one yet joined the new group I started called "Health Metric Forecasting"? While working to achieve my fitness goals, I'm also trying to verify my fitness model using rigorous resolvable metrics. Like any other scientific endeavor, my fitness model should be verifiable by quantifying both the desired outcome as…

Dry January
I’m glad I found this group. 29 days AF. Decided to continue after January. I challenged 3 of my friends. One didn’t make it the first day. The second one decided to try it for 5 days. I was proud of her for trying and succeeding for being 5 days dry. The third one didn’t want to. I am concerned that I won’t be invited as…

5 wk wt if ate the same- idea forcenhancement
I currently go to notes and add the text 5 wk wt and then put in how I finish my day. It would be great if when you calculate the day or hit complete during the day it would auto calculate and display within your food diary. I often target my eating to that wt rather that the calories.

Learning to relax, truly relax
So I've generally throughout life been pretty lazy when it comes to structured movement and exercise, and when I have done it, the results I've gone for are cardio fitness or building strength. More mindful exercise, yoga etc, has never really appealed. But after a hellish year or so, I've realised I need to start looking…

Protein packed
Hi! I am needing help coming up with protein packed meals, here is the kicker though. I had gastric bypass and now can only eat 4oz per meal. My doctor wants me to back off protein shakes and eat food so I’m getting meals in but not meeting my 60% protein goal.
