Diverticulosis
In June I had an attack of diverticulitis. Very painful! Spent 4 days in hospital. Never want to do that again. I learned that one of the causes of diverticulosis is obesity. Even though I've lost a total of 100 lbs, I'm still considered obese. So, I'm looking to lose about 50 lbs more to get within a healthy weight range.

Weight: 145 pounds Waist: 34'' Thighs: 25''(each) Started 11 days ago, but started exercising 6 days ago. I'm seeing slight changes, lost 1-2 pounds. I do intermittent fasting, starting at 9 and ending at 11, it does get disrupted sometimes. I'll keep on updating. My weight goal is 100-105 kgs.

Copy food between days
It would be nice to mark and copy several entries to another day. There is a function where I can move entries between meals, but it would make it much easier for repetitive items to be able to copy them - for example, from yesterday's lunch to today's dinner)
