Lost weight so recalculated the daily goal by it went up
hey so I set my goal to maintain and then back to lose 1kg a week and it added 2000 kj to the daily goal Is it likely I have been wrong for 2 months, having a lower target? Or has something gone wrong with the calculation?

Malfunction
New to this community. Greetings everyone. Have used this site for years. Today I’m unable to delete any food items in my log. (Recent history). Plus, it’s not saving recent food I’ve added. I deleted this app then re-entered it. Anyone else having this problem?

Can anyone explain how the calorie adjustment on MFP works? Is it purely for your steps or does it take into consideration all the other exercise logged in your Fitbit? How to delete an item from "Your Personal Foods"
I'm trying to delete an item from "Your Personal Foods" It says "To view, edit, or delete a personal food, click on that food below", however when I click on the item, I can edit it but not delete it. What am I missing?

Exercise calorie accuracy
I’m a 71 year old guy that bicycles 100-125 miles per week on some awesome hilly roads in SW Wisconsin. I use an Apple Watch that syncs great with MFP but I seriously doubt the accuracy of the calories burned during my 90 minutes 12-14 mph ride.
