myfitnesspal not correctly recording my fitbit steps
myfitnesspal isn't correctly recording my fitbit steps. Today fitbit records over 10,000 steps but myfitnesspal shows 2,798. This has only started to happen in the past few days. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both myfitnesspal and fitbit but it hasn't solved the problem. Can anyone suggest a solution?

Craft Beer Lovers...
Just wondering if there are any craft beer lovers out there. Craft beer tasting has become a hobby and a calorie buster for me. I have recently chosen a low carb diet, partly because I know that I love craft beers and they are high in carbs, but also because the rest of the week, low carb feels better. I feel more full…

Falling back into old habits
I don't know why I do this. Yesterday, I fell back into my binging pattern after several days of doing well. I had four ice cream bars, 5 packages of gummy bears on top of eating my breakfast and lunch at breakfast, then purchasing lunch and having a large dinner. Today I am feeling better and am back on track. While I am…

Often someone will respond to a thread where the last post was 3-5-10 or more years ago. It would stop the clutter if after 6months or a year the thread is closed. Tripadvisor does this with a message that the thread has been closed because of inactivity and to post your question on a new thread. Recently someone posted a…
