Anyone know why McDonald's porridge is much lower calorie than other brands?
McDonald's plain porridge pots, 220g are apparently very low fat and 154 Calories. Other brands are all 200+. Why are McDonald's so low?

Calories burned showing 0
Two days ago, showed 0 calories burned, yesterday was ok, today only showing 1. I know that’s wrong. It’s exaggerated my step count too, Fitbit says 8000. Map shows 13000.

I logged oatmeal choc.chip cookies made with Splenda and the nutrients came out high in sugar?
Why does splenda count as sugar when its for diabetic who uses it in place of sugar so blood level does not spike??

Can I manually set daily number of calories?
Hi! Not sure if I’m posting this question in the right place. I have been using Fitness Pal for a while. I’m not at my goal yet. Well over actually. My calorie target was 1200 but one day switched by itself to 1420. Can I manually change it back to 1200 or is there another way to adjust? Thanks in advance!

Why are calories being added to my daily allowance
