My Journey Building a Home Gym
Hey everyone, Just wanted to share a bit about my experience building a home gym over the past year. Quotes and Comments I Find Inspiring
I wanted to share with MFP posters who might stumble on this thread ... One of my go-to authors is James Clear, who wrote the book "Atomic Habits'. He said this in Chapter 1 about goals, which can so easily create an 'either-or' conflict, and they don't have to be that way at all ... "When you fall in love with the process…

So I am 5ft. I walk as fast as I can, but when I calculate it comes out to 2.7 mph. According to my fitness pal that's a leisurely walk. Should I enter it as how many mph or as leisurely/ brisk walk?

Actually track potassium in foods
I have been placed on a medically necessary low potassium diet. So I was glad to see I could track the amount of potassium in my meals- until I came to lunch. It seems your program recognizes the potassium in coffee with 1%milk, but nothing else! I tried takeout Chinese fried rice- I got a calorie count but it showed 0…

Hello world.
254.2. There. I said it out loud to another human being. I weigh 254.2 pounds. I grew up (and I’m sure you know this) in a time when women did not talk about their weight, at all. It was a taboo subject. And yet all the media showed these thin, wasted looking women who looked 12 when they were 20 and called them beautiful.…
