Hi I'm new here I'm Annetria Cook I started my weight loss journey on July 28 th 2024
My weight loss journey started on July 28 th 2024 . My weight was 347 I'm now 331 I've lost 16 lbs . Started off walking as much as could to make a mile now I'm @ 2.7 miles I walk 3 times @week watching my calorie intake also I do 30 min workout twice a week my goal is 100 by June 2025 🤗.

What exercise tracking app has been the most useful to you?
