Hi there, I recently rejoined myfitnesspal after a few years away and I set up my caloric goals and my macros but the app has replaced them with a default setting and when I try to set them back to my goals it immediately resets them back to the default. How accurate is myfitnesspal calorie tracker?
Hi, so I’ve used my fitness pal on and off for years but it seems a bit off compared to other trackers I’ve used. Add to settings the ability to set a default home page
Although I like the Dashboard, I would like the ability to set the app to open to my Diary. I find it a bit annoyingly that every time I open the MyFitnessPal app to log meals and snacks, the app flips right to the dashboard rather than staying open on the diary page.

20 More Pounds

Can I eat my calories burned?
maybe a stupid question, but I’m new here. If my calorie goal is 1500, but I exercise and burn 1000 calories (I run long distances) and the total now increases to 2500cal, am I “allowed” to eat over and above the 1500cal…? Not the full 1000cal amount of course, but just somewhere in between?
