hi, I am 75, struggled with weight since my late 30’s. Been trying hard for 1 1/2 years to get my weight down. Lost 25 last year then over Christmas and a cruise put back on 10. Struggling to get my number down. Started going to the gym for classes.

How to log mini stepper workouts
I have very limited space to work out right now and unless I'm going swimming right now our days get no lower than 90 so for my workouts I got one of those mini steppers but I can't see how to log them. I don't have a fitbit or anything so how should I log my workouts on it?

hi everyone. I’m trying to get in 100 grams of protein day. All my friends say I have to eat that in order to lose weight. I take 1 egg and 1 protein shake per day then my meat or fish for dinner. Need help with lunch and snacks. Any info will be helpful. Thank you all

Premium + Question
I wanted to try the premium + membership but it does not show up as an option when I went to manage my subscription page . I have an iPhone I tried with computer and still have no way to signing up. I have sent multiple support request from the chat box with no response. Anyone have an idea? I am a long term premium member.

Anyone else finding that the calorie and macro goals have changed?
Over the last two days my macros and calories have changed in the goals section and it wont allow me to change them back, each time i do, they immediately revert back. Same for a colleague of mine. Yet no glitches are reported. Any ideas? I have contacted support but not heard back as yet.
