I'm trying to delete an item from "Your Personal Foods" It says "To view, edit, or delete a personal food, click on that food below", however when I click on the item, I can edit it but not delete it. What am I missing?

Can someone confirm for me that the sugar numbers in this app are Total Sugars? My understanding is that for T2 diabetics it is the added sugars that are verboten and the target for those should be about 36 grams for a male?

Correct form benchpress and activating the pecs
So yeah, when I do benchpresses I basically do them only with my arm muscles and the muscles going from just above the armpit towards the chest. But my main pecs remain asleep. Fasting Timer. Countdown and End time.
My thoughts, besides counting up to the time for example 16hrs, could we have it cout down?16hrs to 0. Also since we use the current time to start it, can we have a time shown when it will be done. For example if a 16hr fast starts at 1:50pm on Tuesday the timer would show what time it will be 16hrs from then.
