Glp-1 weight loss
I just signed up for Wegovy and a program though my work/insurance. Getting my bloodwork on Monday, meeting with the doctor on Tuesday, getting setup with a counselor and starting classes. I'm excited and have been reading everything I can about it. Does anyone have tips from those who have tried a Glp?

When I'm I get that "nudge" to record a passed meal, it always takes me to the next meal, not the one I missed. Shouldn't it take me to the meal I missed?

Hello. I am once again attempting to lose weight. I have concerns
My concerns, namely, are that my starting weight this time is similar to where it was the first time. My activity level is the same. My weight loss goal per week is the same. Yet my calorie budget is much higher. Previously, my calorie budget was 1780. Now it is 2360. I know I'm 10 years older, but that doesn't make sense.

Hmmm plateau
Well June 17th 2024 I was 380lbs. Today with intermittent fasting I'm around 190. Amazing but all this month I haven't dropped at all. Seams like body fighting the weightloss. Any suggestions?

Meals do not show individual foods?
I can create and log meals on my Android phone, but there are no foods showing so I can't adjust to show that I ate an extra 15 grams of potato chips, or only used 6 grams of yogurt butter. Logging whole meals should be faster and make life easier, but it's meaningless if I can't see the foods and their portions. Thanks!
