Alcohol to Budweiser zero to Diet sundrop
So, I quit drinking alcohol 2 weeks ago. I drink sodas, water, and diet soda. Also drinking budweiser zero which has zero alcohol but are 50 cals...How do I kick the soda, diet soda habit? This is easy, and low-calorie. 1 banana, mashed 2 tbs whole wheat flour 1 beaten egg This makes 1 serving. Mix all together. Let sit for a few minutes. Heat non-stick fry pan over medium-high heat.
