Trying to figure out nutritional content of kale. Searched it on MFP, looked only at entries with a green check mark, and the numbers are all over the place! How can a cup of kale that has nothing added be anywhere from 9 to 49 calories?

Caloric intake
Hi, so when setting up my basic calories to lose weight I chose an activity level… now every time I work out I track that and the app gives me more calories, am I double dipping on these calories since they may already be accounted for? Or is the activity level question for more-so your metabolism of some sort?

Resetting caloric goal

Only the first page of my food list shows

Nutrition incorrect
Is anyone having trouble with nutrition numbers? When I click on the ham I ate it says it has 0 carbs and 18g protein. But if f I go to the nutrition and click on carbohydrates, it shows the ham as having 18 grams. It has t had carbs in the past. So my numbers are off... Thank you.
