Get "Sporty" Before 40!
I'm 38 and want to change my body to a healthy fit machine before I'm 40. I am in no way good at sports but it rhymes with 40 so I went with it. 😊 Come join me on our way to a better body before 40. Doesn't matter if you need to lose 15 or 100 pounds. We all deserve to rock 40 like we were 20 again.

Once lost 15 kg, now I'm back for more
I lost 15 kg by counting calories but thyroidism had ruined everything before I realized! Now I want to lose 20 kg or so in a reasonable amount of time, say a year. Already lost 5 kg in 30 days on the app but looking for more until I hit my best weight!

Bad to work out only 1 arm?
I broke my wrist about a month after I added strength training to my routine. I can’t do much with that arm (other than physical therapy!) but if i did an upper body workout on only one side, is that bad? Maybe I should just do core : lower body and my walks for the next month or two?

Tracking but not losing 😭
I have been tracking my calories and macros since end of February. All I drink is water all day long, at least 60-100 oz a day. I walk at least a mile everyday and get 8,000-11,000 each day. Hello! I noticed that after entering my breakfast, which included homemade pancakes (1 banana, 2 whole eggs, vanilla, oats, and oat milk) the app is showing that I consumed 0mg of protein.
