I just made this grilled halloumi salad from the Mediterranean diet cookbook. I thought it was going to be disgusting, but it was actually very good. Very different than what I’m used to. And we had to use mozzarella because we had no halloumi in our grocery store.

My journey started 348 days ago
Started on February 15, 2024. I was 546lbs. (I was actually probably more than that but I had no access to a scale that could weigh me and that was the last weight I knew I was).
