I’m starting over again, this time my goals have changed. I’m 58 and want to be strong enough to get up off of the floor if I fall in the senior years of my life. I also want to be strong enough to help my husband who has mobility issues due to upper and lower neuron disease. So while getting stronger I have to lose weight.

Where can I find the total weight lost so far? All I can find is the chart. The chart doesn't give totals. It's supposed to be on the HOME page, but it never shows. What is the trick to finding the total weight lost?

Logged 1000 days for the win!
I just reached 1000 days of logging my food on MFP. Down 70 pounds, or 28% of my starting body weight. That is Absolutely Surreal. I hesitate to make a post at all, much less a very, very long one. Old dog, new tricks
I resolved to lose weight about two years ago. With the help of Noom I lost 55 lbs. I started to take Pilates lessons, walked more, and reduced my A1C from 7.2 to 6.0. I’m diabetic 2. I gained about 10 lbs back and want to lose it and then some more. Being diabetic makes food choices more complex.
