Hello all! I am around 95kg at 20 yo. I want to lose weight and have a good physique that I can be proud of. I don't want to beleive that I can't do it, but I am very close to doing so. What exactly do I have to do lose my weight.

Sync Etekcity food scale info from VeSync App?
Today I can connect the VeSync app in MFP but it only pulls in data from Body weight scales. Etekcity now has an awesome smart food scale, but logs the food weight in the VeSync app. I would really prefer to keep using MFP, is there a way to pull in the food scale data too?

Hi how do I know what my proportions of carbs fat and protein is that I'm to stick to?
I'm new and just figuring out how this app works. Where does one find your recommended amount or % of fat protein and carb that you need to stick to for a meal on the app?? I'm assuming the app has stored info about your BMI and has recommended that you eat 50% carb 20 protein and 30 fat for example.
