Staying Accountable
Hi, I am a first responder from the Midwest and stay active lifting weights and doing Cross training workouts. The biggest issues I have are finding consistency, staying accountable and constantly fighting the desire to eat out. I fall into the trap of forgetting to eat and then out of no where over eating at a fast food…

SuzanneC progress thread
I weigh daily (or as close to daily as I can) and use Libra to watch the trend, with the smoothing & forecast days set based on the average length of my menstrual cycle over the past 6 months. Thanks peri lol. I also track some measurements and do a bit of math with them in a google sheet as a proxy for body fat. I expect…

Lost my weight history
I had not opened the app for about 10 - 12 days, so this morning I went to add my weight and I was asked to log in, which I thought was strange as I have not had to log in for quite some time. I had to change my password due to a new 10-character criteria, so it looks like the app had been upgraded (I do not have the…

New To Counting Calories 🤓
I’ve always been able to lose weight “easily” but lately it seems the more I try to lose, the more I gain-my old methods not working anymore and it’s been hard to accept my body isn’t what it used to be, that I need to be more intentional about working with it and not against it. I figure I’d better bring things down to…

60 years old and 60 extra pounds?! How did I get here?
I am way too young to be this old! I am healthy. I remain active. I go to the gym 3-4 days/week. But, the weight has crept on. Being a great cook can be a curse! I am in natural healthcare, so am not interested in weight loss shots. If that's what helps someone, great for them, but it's just not for me. I want to stay…

LIPEDEMA - The often undiagnosed chronic condition
Hey there! I'm curious to know who in the MFP community has been diagnosed with Lipedema? I am a 60 year old woman and have worked out and/or played sports my whole life. Tracking Phosphorus
Would you add phosphorus as an available item in the nutrients tracked list. This is an important mineral, actually the 2nd most abundant mineral in the human body, after calcium. Generally, the body needs 100 mg per day. People with kidney issues (usually CKD - chronic kidney disease), phosphorus is as important to track…
