First success post
I never posted or felt success before. It's been 20 years of yo-yoing and poor health. Now I finally have normal cholesterol, normal blood pressure, and am no longer prediabetic. I am so grateful. These pics are about a year apart 2023-2024. About 171 lbs to 133lbs.

Protein numbers off on food
According to the app, it says cream of wheat cereal has 14 g of protein for serving and on the box it says 4 g. That’s a huge difference. I am a dialysis patient and I am trying to keep my protein numbers up.

Body fluctuations help
Monday i was 125.5 pounds and today sunday i am 125.7 pounds. Throught the week my body went up and down. On friday it reached 124.8 pounds but i didnt track that consistently then so i think thats why on saturday i was 125.6 pounds but right now i am 125.7 pounds. IF you have heart failure and a low EF% (injection fraction percentage), can you tell me how you raised your EF % and got it back to normal? I have been taking all of my medicine.
