Back to MyFitnessPal
Hi everyone, my name is Laura. I have been using this app off and on for many years. In May 2024 I began tracking on this app. I had a little help from medications the first 2 months but insurance coverage disappeared. I continued to track anyway. I’m on a 221 day streak logging. I have lost 36.7 pounds😊I had lost about 9…

Weight loss
I've been following this app to a T. My recommended caloric intake and macros are being followed pretty good. I have a hard time meeting the dietary goal of each day because it's hard to eat that much. Each time I close our my daily diary it tells me I'm doing great and estimates how much weight I'll lose in 5 weeks. So…

Accountability partner
Hey guys! First time here. I'm a 36F. Life's been a rollercoaster, and in the past two years, I gained over 50 lbs. I'm determined to get my confidence and energy back! I know I do better when I have someone to share the journey with, so I'm looking for an accountability buddy. If you also need support, let's team up and…

Like in Excel when you freeze the top row, freeze the row that identifies macros
It’s annoying when scrolling in the food diary to not be able to see the column headers to know whether the number represents carbs/fats/protein.

Acronym Game
For this game, I will start by putting together any random letters (maximum of 5 letters), and then the person below has to make up an amusing or random acronym out of it. That person will then put together random letters and the person below will make up an acronym and so on. For example: If the above poster said PZFG, my…

Your carbs don't match the product label.
Your calculations of Gratsi wines show 2+-3+ grams of carbs. The Gratsi label shows .14 grams, a big difference.

Food list - is there a basic food list upload
The list of foods that appear for me to select is very small. For example, I had ground beef last night. I assumed that would already be in the list but I had to add it. Am I missing a download of basic foods? Thank you!

Weekly report additional info
Could you please add number of pre and probiotic foods consumed for the week as additional information. Also it would be helpful to either tap on the result for each category to get a list of the foods that make up a category or export the information.

Came back
Used MFP over 10 years ago. I remember I had so much success with it. I’m hoping this go around I have the same success. In a much more busy job as a nurse with little time on workdays to do much. Wishing you all luck in your goals.

Is there a thread like this? I LOVE seeing what other filters people have. But, I think people get annoyed on the other threads about people posting filtered ones. Let’s see them here!!

MFP Android App showing completely messed up values in the 'Nutrition' screen
If you go to the nutrition page of the MyFitnessPal Android app, it's showing calories from some place that I'm unable to recognize. For example, in the attached screenshot in Nutrition -> Calories page on Wednesday (02/05) , it is showing something like 2100 calories whereas I've had more than 3443 calories logged into…

Fox's weekly record
I am 52 years old. I was born with multiple hereditary exostoses. Imagine spikes in your muscles and limited mobility in your joints. I have a pretty severe case of it. Arthritis is a side effect. The details are way too long to list. The summery is that my body is always under a constant state of stress. I can't stand for…

Diet tracking for weight loss & seeing results!
Looking for friends to add and share progress on my weight loss journey! Last year I tracked my caloric intake diligently, aiming for 1,500-1,800 calories/day with no change in activity level. Well, that year I maintained my weight but didn’t lose anything. I want sustainable lifestyle changes so this year, I’ve dropped my…

Walking Warriors, let me hear you!
Walking is a low-impact exercise that can lift your spirits, retain/build some muscle, and expose you to sunlight and nature My story I injured myself (peroneal tendonitis in both legs) during a 10k. I used to run half marathons and confused myself into believing I could interval-run a 10k at my current (much heavier than…
