Too many items clearly do not have all the information (macros) are they are widely inaccurate (sometimes the info for 100g is listed as for 1g for example) Please could you weed out your system from all the junk and maybe have someone check recipes and meals made public before they go in the wild?

So in the past, we were able to copy any meal of any day into the corresponding meal of "today" and move the ingredients to a different meal. if i am cooking a big pot of something, lets say a stew in a crockpot, how do i set it up so that i can take out any amount and weigh it/measure it to see how many calories are in the serving i took out? when i try to log the recipe into mfp i can measure everything i put in and see the amount of calories in the entire pot…

Am I suppose to achieve my "Goal" Calories?
It says my Goal is to achieve somthing like 2990 Cals daily but I added up all my food for today and it was only like 1100 Cals. Is it a good thing to get below the goal? Or am I suppose to actually eat more calories to achieve that goal.

I filled warmed Trader Joe’s corn tortillas with heated canned rinsed black beans and chopped 1/4 tomato, cabbage and carrots. I forgot the frozen corn but there was no more room left anyways for my tacos! I ate three tacos.
