when logging food, I noticed that are only so many nutrition . Is there a way to update additional nutrition facts? I.e. B6, B12, niacin, etc.? I am on the free app and not any of the choices

Getting sick on a bulk
How on earth do u recover from being sick on a bulk, every time I get sick I tend to lose a bunch of weight which basically resets my entire bulk because of motivation. Is there anyway to keep bulking or even maintain while ur sick?
